The coaching industry is growing. That doesn’t mean the average coach is making more money. According to the ICF’s 2025 Global Coaching Study, the average U.S. career coach makes about $5,977 per month, and globally, half of all coaches make under $2,500 per month. The opportunity is real, but so is the competition.
